Ingredients
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 tsp (scant) pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dsh Tabasco
- 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
Directions
- Put all ingredients into mixing bowl. Beat well for 5 min, then slowly pour in 1 c. extra virgin olive oil and 1 c. corn oil.
- Variations:1/3 - keep as plain
- 1/3 - add in 1 or possibly 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/3 - add in minced nuts
