Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat large eggs; add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, completely moistening. Put into a buttered 9" baking pan. Bake 1 hour or possibly till hard. Cool. Serve warm with whipped cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
