Ingredients

  • Dough
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 c. All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast Toppings
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/3 c. (1 1/2 ounces) freshly Grated imported Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Place dough ingredients in dough pan, select Dough setting, and press Start.
  2. When dough has risen long sufficient, the machine will beep. Turn off bread machine, remove bread pan, and turn out dough onto a floured countertop or possibly cutting board.
  3. Oil a 12 or possibly 14 inch pizza pan. With your hands, gently stretch and press dough to fit proportionately into pan.
  4. Cover and let rise in hot oven 30 to 40 min till doubled.
  5. (Hint: To hot oven slightly, turn oven on Hot setting for 2 min, then turn it off, and place covered dough in oven to rise.
  6. Remove pan from oven to preheat.)
  7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  8. With 2 fingers, poke holes all over the dough. In a medium bowl, combine the oil and garlic; drizzle over top of dough. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake 25 to 30 min till brown. Remove from oven. Cold on wire rack or possibly cut into squares and serve hot. Wrapped in plastic, it will keep fresh at room temperature for 2 to 3 days.
