  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the dough out on a oiled sheet tray and press "dimples" into it with your fingertips. Drizzle with the oil, herbs and cheese and season. Bake till browned and cooked through and let cold.
