Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon whole lowfat milk
  • thinly sliced white American cheese (if you like)

Directions

  1. Butter the pan and heat till the butter melts. Pour egg yolks into a bowl and scramble into a liquid (must be completely yellow). Combine lowfat milk with Large eggs and scramble till mixed.
  2. When the butter is melted in the pan, add in Large eggs and stir.
  3. Stop for 5 seconds and stir again. When you see little scrambled Large eggs in the pan, add in cheese (cut up) and stir till no liquid is in the pan (all scrambled).
  4. Serve and enjoy.
