Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup shortnening
  • 1 1/2 Cup warm water

Directions

  1. Sift together dry ingredients. Add shortning and cut together until it resembles cormeal. Add water and mix. Knead until smooth, and not sticky. Roll until very thin. Cook on skillet at med high until bubbles form. Flip and cook about 30 to 45 seconds. Store in a ziploc bag in refridgerator for up to 1 week.
