Ingredients
- 6 x fillet flounder, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp dill weed, dry
- 1/4 tsp salt (if you like)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, stir in all ingredients except flounder till butter is melted. Add in flounder to the warm butter mix in the skillet; cover and cook 5-6 min or possibly till flounder flakes easily. Baste flounder occasionally with butter mix in skillet. Place flounder on serving platter and garnish with slices of lemon, if you like.
