Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium-low heat, stir in all ingredients except flounder till butter is melted. Add in flounder to the warm butter mix in the skillet; cover and cook 5-6 min or possibly till flounder flakes easily. Baste flounder occasionally with butter mix in skillet. Place flounder on serving platter and garnish with slices of lemon, if you like.
