- 1/3 cup blanched almonds
- 3 Roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 cups roughly chopped roasted red peppers (store bought is fine)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- For the steak:
- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 2-pound flank steak
- 5. Slice steak thinly across the grain and serve immediately with Romesco sauce.3.1
