Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/3 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. White sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 x Egg beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 c. Oat flakes bran flakes, or possibly
- Â Â Grape nut flakes
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except flakes. Then add in flakes of you choice. Shape dough into 1-inch balls with floured hands. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-15 min. Cold; store in tightly covered container.
