Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lb Loaf: - (2 Lb Loaf)
  • 1 c. water (1 1/4 C)
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil (3 Tbsp.)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (3 Tbsp.)
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (2 C)
  • 1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour (2 C)
  • 5 tsp Sunflower Seeds (2 Tbsp)
  • 5 tsp millet (2 Tbsp)
  • 5 tsp Mustard Seed (2 Tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds (4 Tsp)
  • 1 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds (4 Tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (3/4 Tsp)
  • 1 pkt active dry yeast (1 Pkg)

Directions

  1. Add in ingredients to bread machine pan according to manufacturer's directions.
  2. Select whole-wheat cycle.
  3. Remove baked loaf from pan at once. Cold on a rack at least 15 min before slicing. Serve warm, hot, or possibly cold.
