Ingredients
- 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced nuts (optional)
Directions
- Mix lowfat milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Heat to boiling, then cook 5 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.Add in the remaining ingredients. Stir 1-2 min till the marshmallows and chocolate chips have melted. Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan. When fudge is hard, cut into squares. Makes about 2 lb.
