Ingredients
- 5 apples, unpeeled & minced
- 5 bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. grapes
- 1 c. pecans, minced
- 1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, reserve juice
- 1 c. cream
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Reserved pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
Directions
- In small pan, put together sauce ingredients. Heat gently, stirring till thickened. Cool. Put together fruits and nuts. Whip cream and fold into sauce. Fold cream mix into fruits and chill till serving.
