• 1/4 c. chilli sauce, up to 1/2, up to two limes, juice of
• 1 stk celery, minced
• 2 x pickled cucumbers, minced
• 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp. horseradish, (1 to 2) salt to taste
