- 2 c. good quality mayonnaise
- 1 c. sweet chilli sauce, (any variety)
- 1/4 c. chilli sauce, up to 1/2, up to two limes, juice of
- 1 stk celery, minced
- 2 x pickled cucumbers, minced
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish, (1 to 2) salt to taste
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process quickly, just till all the ingredients are well mixed and the dressing is smooth. Don't process!
- Keep chilled for up to two months.
