  • 454 gm Joint of salt beef, (454 to 907)
  • 2 pkt Original New York bagels
  • 5 x Gherkins, thinly sliced
  • 5 x Tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 x 125 gram pac baby leaf salad selection Tube squeezable mustard

Directions

  1. Cook salt beef as per pack instructions, then thinly slice. Keep hot.
  2. Split and toast bagels.
  3. Layer with sliced salt beef, gherkins, tomatoes, baby leaf salad and a generous squeezing of mustard. Serve immediately.
  4. NOTES : A tasty sandwich filler!
