Summertime and the Living is easy and so is this simple but delicious Steak Dinner ,Fire up your Grill and get cooking ..Serve this tender and tasty Steak with small boiled red New Potatoes ,Fresh Corn on the Cob ,made on the grill ,a cold Beer ,and your good to go ''Yummy !!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 Filet Mignon"s 1/1/2 inches thick
  • 2 tbls red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbls fresh grated Ginger
  • 1 tbls resh lemon juice
  • 2cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbls soy sauce 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1LB SMALL RED NEW POTATOES ,BOILED DRAINED AND TOSSED WITH BUTTER
  • 2 FRESH SWEET CORN ON THE COB COKED ON THE GRILL

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine all Marinade ingredients
  2. place steaks in the bowl turn once to make sure it is well coated
  3. cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour
  4. Fire up your grill place steaks on well oiled grate and cook 4-5 minutes on each side ...serve with the buttered potatoes and fresh corn on the cob ....a nice cold bottle of beer ,quick and delicious !!!!
