Ingredients
- 1 stk sweet butter
- 1/2 lb Minced ham
- 1 pt Heavy cream
- 1 pt 1/2 and 1/2
- 3/4 c. Parmegiana cheese
- 12 ounce Fettucini noodles (green are best - the fresher the better)
Directions
- In a pan, saute/fry the ham in butter for 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Add in the rest of ingredients and serve with Warm pasta. Serve immediately.
