Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Light or possibly dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 c. (18 ounce) semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. Confectioner's sugar, sifted
- 1 c. Coarsely minced nuts (optional)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. IN 2-qt saucepan combine corn syrup and evaporated lowfat milk; add in chocolate. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat till smooth. Remove from heat.
- Add in remaining ingredients. Beat with spoon till thick and glossy. Spread in pan. Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly till hard.
- Marvelous Marble Fudge: Omit nuts. Prepare as directed above; spread in pan. Drop 1/3 c. peanut butter over fudge in small dollops. With small spatula, swirl to marbleize. Chill.
