Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Onion, minced medium
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 x Warm peppers (or possibly more to taste), minced fine
  • 3 x Garlic cloves, minced fine
  • 1 can Pinto or possibly Kidney Beans (or possibly 2 c. cooked beans)
  • 1 can Tomato sauce (15 ounce.)
  • 1 c. TVP
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion and peppers in water, and add in garlic when nearly clear. Add in beans, tomato sauce, TVP, and spices. Cook at low heat for 5 - 10 min till TVP is soft.
