Ingredients

  • 10 x Large eggs
  • 100 gm Sugar
  • 1 x Grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 dl Cream
  • 50 gm Butter (melted)
  • 1 kg Flour

Directions

  1. Mix well and roll out 1/2 cm thick. Cut out rounds and fry in deep fat
  2. (200 C). Dust with powdered sugar.
  3. E Guete! (More or possibly less, Switzerdeutsch for "Bon appetit!".)
