  1. Prepare a grill or possibly preheat broiler. Mix orange juice, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Brush catfish fillets with sauce mix. Place fillets on grill rack or possibly broiler pan rack (spray with Pam). Grill or possibly broil about 4 inches from heat source for 5 min on each side, brushing frequently with sauce, or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
