  1. Butter a 9x9x2-inch baking pan or possibly line pan with foil and butter foil. Set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and lowfat milk. Bring mix to a full rolling boil over medium heat; reduce heat. Boil for 2 min. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in chocolate pcs, marshmallows, and vanilla. Continue stirring till smooth. Stir in nuts, if you like. Spread in prepared pan. Refrigeratein refrigerator about 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in covered container in refrigerator or possibly freezer.
  4. Makes about 2 pounds (72 pcs).
