This is a fake-out version of fudge that I made for my 3 year old's 'special treat'. It decident, but without adding high amounts of sugar to her. Great alternative!

Ingredients

  • 1 C Organic Sugar Free Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 C Coconut Oil
  • 4 C Coconut Flour
  • These are all rough gestimations as I eyeball the coconut flour until the right consistency is reached.
  • Optional: Carob chips

Directions

  1. Melt Peanut better and Coconut oil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add Carob chips if you are using them at this point.
  3. Stir in coconut flour and turn off heat.
  4. Spread into a small glass pan and let cool.
  5. Once cooled cut and enjoy.
  6. Freezes well, so when you want one you can just take one out at a time.
