Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg, beaten Oil Powdered sugar
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients. Combine lowfat milk and egg and add in to dry ingredients mixing till smooth. Use a 3/8" to 1/2" funnel; fill with 1/4 c. batter, holding finger over bottom. Place funnel near oil, remove finger and pour batter into 1" of warm oil using circular motion to create 4" spiral. Fry till golden, turning once. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with powdered sugar or possibly top with pie filling.
