  1. Brown meat and drain
  2. add appropriate amount of taco seasoning mix (add water and simmer as on directions for taco mix)
  3. place meat in a thin layer in center of tortilla
  4. roll and place in baking pan (9x13)
  5. Cover with Enchilida sauce
  6. top with cheese
  7. bake 350 for 20 minutes
