Ingredients
- 1 pkt Cream cheese
- 1/4 lb Margarine
- 1 c. Flour, sifted
- 1/2 c. Sweet potatoes, cooked, mashed
- 1/4 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Coconut flakes
Directions
- Mix pastry ingredients till mix holds together, chill. Cut into 3" circles. Mix filling together. Place heaping teaspoonfuls on each pastry circle; fold over and press edges together. Bake at 375F till golden.
