El Charro Salsa De Chile Verde (Chunky Green Sauce) Recipe

Ingredients

2 x Cloves garlic 6 x Ripe tomatoes -- minced 6 x Green chiles -- roast, peel, Chop 1 med White onion -- minced 1 tsp Salt -- or possibly to taste

1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Oil 1 bn Cilantro -- minced

Directions

1. Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add in remaining ingredients, including cilantro, if you like, and toss. Refrigeratebefore serving.
2. Yield: 2 c.
