- 6 x Green chiles -- roast, peel,

- 1 med White onion -- minced
- 1 tsp Salt -- or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 bn Cilantro -- minced
Directions
- Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add in remaining ingredients, including cilantro, if you like, and toss. Refrigeratebefore serving.
