  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream, *
  • 1 x Lemon, Med, Juiced
  • 9 x Large eggs, Large, Hard Cooked
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Fresh Herbs, Minced ** You can use part yogurt if so desired.

Directions

  1. ** Any kind of fresh herbs such as dill, chives, parsley, tarragon, orBlend mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and lemon juice. Finely chop 1 hard-cooked egg and stir into mayonnaise mix. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Thoroughly rinse herbs, pat dry, and chop.
  2. Blend with the sauce. Slice rest of the hard-cooked Large eggs in half and arrange in the sauce and serve.
