  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 2 c. commercial eggnog
  • 1 c. mashed pumpkin, cooked or possibly canned
  • 2 beaten Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 c. mixed glazed fruit

Directions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs. Add in eggnog, pumpkin and mixed dry ingredients. Mix in fruit. Bake 1 hour or possibly till tests done in a greased loaf pan at 375 degrees. Originated by me 1/3/67.
