Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. cocoa (dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water)
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar; add in buttermilk and cocoa mix; mix well. Combine soda, baking pwdr and flour, gradually add in to cream mix. Add in vanilla. Bake in layer pans at 350 degrees.
