Directions

  1. Butter one side of 8 slices of bread. Place buttered side down on 9 x 13 pan. Add in ham and cheese. Add in remaining slices of bread on top. Mix well all ingredients of mix and pour over bread. Cover with foil and chill overnight. Before baking sprinkle corn flakes on top and drizzle butter over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
