  • 1 cup – Basmati rice
  • 3 nos – Egg
  • 1 no – Onion (sliced lengthwise)
  • 1/4 cup – Green peas ( i used frozen)
  • 4 tbsp – Chopped spring onion
  • 2 or 3 nos – Green chillies (or use as needed)
  • 1/8 tsp – Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp – Red chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp – Garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste Seasonings:
  • 1 tbsp – Oil
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp – Fennel seeds / sombu
