This is a simple pie when you want a quick dessert I have been making it for a long time you can serve it with fruit of your choice top it with whipped cream or eat it plain

  1. Beat eggs well .Add sugar mix well stir in vanilla and milk
  2. Pour into pie shell bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 30 minute don't over bake if it doesn't seem set it sets up as it cools
