Ingredients
- 5 lg. Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. lowfat milk, hot
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- Nutmeg
Directions
- Beat Large eggs and sugar till foamy. Add in lowfat milk, butter, vanilla, and salt. Pour over partially baked pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-40 min or possibly till outside of custard is hard.
