Directions

  1. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Remove crusts from bread, butter and cut into cubes. Layer bread cubes, ham and cheese in pan. Beat Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour egg mix over bread. Cover with foil and chill overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover after first 1/2 hour.
