Egg Beater Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box Egg Beaters (no yolk) = 4 large eggs
  • Approx. 3 c. flour
  • Healthy pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Defrost large eggs. Add in salt and flour to make dough (stiff) so it can be worked. Knead till smooth adding sufficient flour to prevent sticking. Divide into amount to roll...roll till as thin as paper. Dry, then cut (in slices as thinly as possible). Use or possibly dry and store in freezer.To cook: Put noodles in rapidly boiling salted water and cook twenty min. Instead of water use broth.
