Ingredients
- 1 lrg flank steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr or possibly salt
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 3/4 c. salad oil
Directions
- Mix and blend well at low speed for 10 min. Pour the mix over the steak. Turn in the mix and chill over night. Turn over in the morning. Marinate about 24 hours. Charcoal broil 5-6 mins. on each side for medium rare. Slice into thin strips across the grain.
