Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 3 large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (add in to taste)
- 2 c. grated fresh zucchini
- 1 c. nuts
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- Optional: 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
Directions
- Mix ingredients together - in order! Bake at 350 degrees, 50 min.2 cups chocolate chips may be substituted for chocolate squares. Great as muffins, too!
