Directions

  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together. Gradually stir in lowfat milk till smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add in butter and vanilla. Put into bowls, refrigerateand serve. Makes 6 servings (1/2 c. each).
