  1. In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, combine soup and lowfat milk. Stir in noodles, peas, red pepper, and turkey.
  2. Conventional Oven: Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min or possibly till warm; stir.
  3. Microwave Oven: Cover with a lid and microwave on high for 9 min or possibly till warm, stirring twice during heating.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat butter and bread crumbs. Brown. Spread over casserole; cook in microwave for 1 minute.
