This is a very quick and easy recipe, I put all of the ingredients together and let them sit in the refrigerator for about one hour and the nice thing about it, is that it's healthy, you can use tortilla chips or pita chips, or any chip you like, and if you need to make less, just reduce the amounts, or increase the amounts for a larger serving

  • One large container of fresh Pico de Gallo
  • Two 16oz cans of black beans
  • One 16oz can of white sweet corn
  • One entire bunch of Cilantro
  • Two Avacado's


  1. Rinse and drain the black beans
  2. drain the sweet corn
  3. Put into a large bowl
  4. Add the pico de gallo
  5. Roughly chop the cilantro and add to the bowl
  6. Cut the avacado into small piece's
  7. Mix all ingredients together
  8. Cover and place into the refrigerator for until chilled, about one hour
  9. Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips, your choice, enjoy
