Ingredients
- Round steak
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)
- 1/4 c. minced onion
Directions
- Cut steak into serving pcs. Season flour. Roll steak in flour and seasoning. Brown in skillet (with oil); put in oven-safe pan. Add in stewed tomatoes, soup and onion. Add in 1/2 can water. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs, covered.
