Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well. Press mix firmly in bottom of ungreased 8" or possibly 9" springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.
  2. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk and margarita mix; beat till smooth. Add in strawberries; beat at low speed till well blended. Mix in whipped cream. Pour over crust. Freeze 4 to 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Let stand at room temperature about 15 min before serving. Garnish as desired. Store any remaining dessert in freezer. Makes 10 servings.
  3. Tip: For alcoholic version, substitute 1/4 c. lime juice, 2 Tbsp. tequila and 2 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur for margarita mix.
