Ingredients
- 3 lb Pork roast, (up to 4)
- 1 lrg Onion
- 8 whl cloves, sliced, (up to 10)
- Â Â Your favorite barbecue sauce
Directions
- Preparation : Before you go to bed, brown pork roast in skillet with a small amount of oil. Peel and slice 1 large onion. Place 1/2 onion in bottom of crockpot. Put roast in crockpot and add in 1/2 to 3/4 c. water. Add in rest of onion and cloves. Set on low. In morning, turn off crockpot, remove meat, and let cold. Throw away onion and juices in crockpot. Tear roast into small pcs. Put back in crockpot and add in barbecue sauce (sufficient till juicy). Cook on low 2 to 3 hrs or possibly till flavor is blended and warm. Serve on buns.
