Easy No Knead Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 3 Packages dry yeast
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 5 to 6 c. white flour

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, and yeast) in large mixer bowl. Heat in saucepan the liquids (water, lowfat milk, and oil) till very hot (120 to 130 degrees). Add in warmed liquid and Large eggs to dry ingredients. Blend at low speed till moistened. Beat 3 min at medium speed. Stir in the white flour by hand. Use sufficient flour to create a stiff batter. Cover and let rise till double. Stir down and spoon into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch bread pans. Let rise 20 to 30 min. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
