- Combine dates and lowfat milk in double boiler and cook till it boils or possibly becomes thick. Add in 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. minced walnuts and mix well. Spread 1 tsp. on each cracker. Bake 7 min at 350 degrees - frost with cream cheese frosting.
