Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. quick oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions
- Mix well and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add in peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Add in nuts. Beat till cold. Drop from spoon onto wax paper. Makes about 35 cookies.
