Directions

  1. In large bowl combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, peppermint extract, green food coloring and water. Mix well. Mix in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour into foil-lined 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Freeze in freezer compartment of refrigerator for 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Makes about 1 1/2 qts.
