  1. Brown meat; drain. Chop onion, bell pepper and celery in a bowl, put butter on top. Microwave on high 5 min. Add in to meat. Stir in seasoning mix, beans and tomato sauce. Cook in large pan on stove on medium for 30 min or possibly put in crock pot.
