Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Heat butter in baking dish; pour macaroni into melted butter. Slice cheese, cut into 1/4 strips. Add in salt, pepper, cheese and cool lowfat milk to macaroni. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Don't STIR while baking. This comes out of the oven golden and creamy.
